Whackables

My team developed a fun new party toy/favor brand called Whackables. Each Whackable comes as a flat piece of mylar with a kid-safe chemical capsule inside. When you give the capsule a good smack and break it open, the chemical reaction quickly inflates the mylar balloon. Kids can then have friendly, safe battles whacking each other with their mylar balloon weapons or jam out to their favorite party songs with inflated instrument balloons. I really enjoyed coming up with fun ideas for different theme sets: Christmas, Halloween, 80’s style rock, pirates, and more. Doing the illustration work for these was one of the most fun projects I’ve worked on in recent years.
